Client Service Manager
Job Type: Part-time with potential for Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour based on experience
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Tues, Wed, Thurs
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 2 years (Required)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred)

- English required, additional languages are a plus.

Additional Qualifications are:
- 1 year of administrative experience and proven ability to provide detailed level administrative support.
- Capacity and commitment to work 15 hours a week during traditional daytime business hours supporting clients.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing.
- Willingness to consistently and accurately follow established policies and procedures.
- A passion for and a sense of personal satisfaction in delighting clients and helping small businesses succeed.
- Confidence in learning and embracing new technology to solve client issues.
- Experience in developing strong remote team relationships based on trust, accountability, integrity, and sharing of best practices.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality while working with client data.
- A dedicated office space that has a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

Phones:
- Takes all incoming calls and routes calls to staff when needed.
- Checks voicemail, records notes from voicemail and communicates with the person for who the communication was meant.
- Calls out to clients when needed.
- Confirms appointments
- Assists marketing in event management.
Other Client Driven Tasks:
- Sends out business cards to clients quarterly.
- Helps coordinate Christmas cards and gifts to clients.
Support:
- Keeps the office tidy and presentable for clients and guests.
- Supports accounting with data entry, such as entering values into spreadsheets and managing meeting notes and follow-up.
- Manages office supply orders and keeps track of inventory. Under management of the Accounting Manager.

- All client meetings are virtual and we do no-contact drop-offs where we meet clients at their vehical in our parking lot to receive documents.
